Jason has been playing tenor sax for 10 years, and has accumulated a number of honors at various universities, including the title "Most Outstanding Musician".  He was first chair at Texas State University, and has also studied at Trinity Valley Community College, SW Texas State, Austin Community College, University of MO St. Louis and Lindenwood University.  He is currently finishing up a Bachelor of Arts in Jazz Performance, and is a member and founding father of pi zeta chapter of PHI MU ALPHA Sinfonia men's professional music fraternity.  Jason also performs in the funk band "Fat Pocket", his own jazz band "Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Dixieland", and the "Original Knights of Swing".  Jason is an instructor at the Band Instrument Service Company in St. Charles, and is also an optician during the daytime hours.
